Making disciples…

seeing lives changed…

among the fatherless by extending God's love through a family environment where love is modeled through an intimate relationship with parents (a father and a mother) and siblings.

In keeping with God's command in Ephesians 6:4, "Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord," the children live in a home complete with accountability and accessibility to their new family. If we only feed and clothe them, we are missing our most important opportunity: to point children to Jesus and provide the necessary tools for them to know, love, and follow Him with their lives.

Our goal is to disciple and care for as many children as God would give us Godly couples to be "parents" to them. At Montebello, where we live and serve, we are blessed with enough property to build eight to ten homes so that up to eight children may live in each home.

Our desire is that the parents and other caretakers of the children be ministered to by the proper infrastructure, enabling them to share duties with other parents on a rotational basis. Providing opportunities for the parents to be trained (and served) in Godly principles, the children will see love in action and learn about discipleship even in the day-to-day chores involved in running a (large) household.
